How did I discover Isagenix? I gave permission to a friend to share my contact information with someone from Isagenix, as he thought I would be interested in hearing about the amazing programs they offered. At the beginning of 2005 I ordered my first Isagenix program and did have truly amazing results; I released 15 lbs and 10 ½ total body inches without losing muscle mass, and in just a few short weeks! I am a 6th Degree Black Belt in the Art of Taekwon-Do and a former Golden Gloves Boxer.  I have been a competitor in Martial Arts for many years, winning the Canadian ITF Taekwon-Do Championship in 1995. After retiring from competition in 1997 to become a full time Instructor, I found myself teaching a little more than training.
